Shipping policy

Production & Processing Time
All amarée pieces are made to order, with standard production requiring approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Custom or bespoke orders may take longer, depending on design complexity and client approval timelines. You will receive confirmation of estimated delivery dates upon finalising your order.

Express Orders
We offer an express service for clients requiring delivery within a two-week timeframe. This service is dependent on availability and subject to an additional fee charged by our manufacturing partners. Please contact us directly prior to purchase if you require an expedited order, and we will confirm if we can accommodate your request.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer complimentary domestic shipping within Australia via insured express post. All shipments require a signature on delivery. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on location. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Insurance & Liability
All items are fully insured during transit. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier and signed for at the address provided, amarée is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We recommend using a secure delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Order Tracking
Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Delays
While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, amarée is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs clearance, public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of order. amarée is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
